• Additional garage space: 8 € per day
• Extra person: 30 € per day
• Animals allowed on request: 15 € per day
• The tourist tax per day per person (over 14 years) is not included in the price
• Access to the new wellness area with sauna, steam bath, emotional shower and relaxation area by appointment only. Open from December to April and June to September from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
  Spa access included for stays of minimum 7 nights.
  Spa access available for stays of less than 7 nights:
  - Daily Euro 25 per person
  - From 3 to 6 days at Euro 20 per person per day

The reservation is guaranteed after a deposit of 1/3 of the total price. This will not be refunded in case of cancellation (according to Article 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code).
In the case of cancellations made by the guest within 30 days of the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

• cancellation of the reservation from 30 to 15 days before the arrival date:  cancellation fee of 50% of the total agreed price.
• cancellation of the reservation from 14 to 9 days before the arrival date:  cancellation fee of 80% of the total agreed price.
• cancellation of the reservation within 8 days prior to the arrival date:  cancellation fee of 100% of the total agreed price.
• In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount paid for the days booked and not taken.

Be sure to be financially secured in case of any inconvenience. We recommend that you purchase a travel cancellation policy, which will cover the costs of a possible cancellation for you.
