- The tourist tax per day per person (over 14 years) is not included in the price
The reservation is guaranteed after a deposit of 1/3 of the total price. This will not be refunded in case of cancellation (according to Article 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code).
In the case of cancellations made by the guest within 30 days of the arrival date, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation within and no later than 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation within and no later than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price
- Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price
